The majority of US hospitals are still assembling their ICD-10-CM/PCS preparation efforts, with larger facilities faring better than smaller providers, according to a recent survey conducted by vendor TrustHCS and AHIMA (see "ICD-10-CM/PCS Status Check", Journal of AHIMA 84 (6):38-40).
